Baptist Health (Provider) and CSI Media & Events (Event Presenter) understands the importance of early detection and screening of breast cancer. When breast cancer is caught early, the five year survival rate for this disease is between 95-99%.

Getting an annual mammogram might not be easy if you can’t afford it. That’s why Baptist Health, is so grateful for the generous donation of Pink Ribbon Jax, a nonprofit that supports local breast cancer research, mammography and patient services at local hospitals. Pink Ribbon Jax has donated 2,500 no-cost mammograms at Baptist Health for qualified community members.
• You must be at least 40 years old. If you are age 30 – 39 and have a family member who was diagnosed with breast cancer before age 50, then the “10-year rule” applies. (For example, with a first-degree relative diagnosed at age 42, your eligibility begins at age 32.)
• One year since last mammogram.
• No breast issues (such as a lump or discharge from nipple area).
• Can climb the unit stairs and stand for 10-15 minutes without assistance. (If unable, please contact Baptist Health Hill Breast Center at 904.202.2499 to schedule an appointment at one of Baptist Health’s convenient in-office locations.)
• Have seen an OBGYN or primary care provider within the last year who is able to receive and review your screening results.
– If you haven’t seen a provider within the year and would like to schedule an appointment with a primary care physician, call Baptist Health’s care coordinators at 904.202.4YOU (202.4968).
• Reminder! Bring your insurance card and photo ID on the day of the event.

To qualify for a Pink Ribbon mammogram, you must:

Schedule an appointment with your primary care provider to get an order for a mammogram screening.
If you are uninsured and need a primary care provider, please reach out to the following health care center(s) in your community to schedule an appointment with a provider and receive a mammogram screening order.
